an explanation (of sorts)
the reason i never used to keep a journal is because (a) it was always a horribly embarrasing experience when reading it even a couple of months down the line and (b) i hate writing about events and things that haven't been resolved, either for better or worse. The last reason is probably most important, as it usually involves me reading over my writings expressing my hopes and dreams at a time when i know that all those hopes were essentially futile and pointless. But as this journal serves no other purpouse than occasional non-personal outbursts (as influenced by the right honourable Mr. Usque) then i feel safe. so much that i can't say ...
