Some good news
My oldest sister Andrea is officially engaged to her boyfriend Solomon. She called yesterday afternoon to tell me about it.
I've been anticipating this ever since Solomon came over last summer, because he asked for my parent's permission then to marry her. My dad didn't answer right away, he actually emailed Solomon his answer after he was back on the east coast. :) I love my daddy, he's funny that way...
I still think Solomon's a weird guy who lisps funny, but as long as Andrea's happy, then I approve.
It occurs to me that they'll probably have their wedding on the east coast, so I'll probably go back to Allentown when the wedding happens... I hope I get to see some of my friends again...
