Summer classes are going okay. I'm only taking Psychology, which I took in high school, and Art History. I'm actually looking forward to really learning psychology instead of just watching movies that have vague relations to psychology like Sybil, Rain Man, and The Breakfast Club [I really can't blame Mr. Husser for taking it easy; he was retiring at the end of that school year]. And Art History so far has been about things I've learned in Humanities about Greek/Roman culture, Medieval art, the Rennaisance... It makes me feel a bit twitchy having to hear about these things again [once is enough, especially after a year of Mr. Haja and Mrs. Caruso], but I know the answers to questions the professor asks, so it makes me seem smart[er].

The only thing I hate about classes is the schedule. Psych is in the morning, and I have to wake up early just so my dad can drive me there before he goes to work. The class is three hours long, and then I go home for lunch. I stay home until 5ish, then take a very long bus ride back to school so I can sit through Art History, another three hour class. By the time I get home, it's practically ten, and I'm starving cuz I haven't eaten dinner yet. Shortly thereafter, I go to bed so I can get enough sleep for the next day.

The first week is class is over already, thank goodness. Only three more weeks of agony and waking up at ungodly hours to go...

On an unrelated note, I'm disturbed to find that my dad likes watching Chinese dramas now. He's much too stoic and... well, sterotypical silent-serious-Asian-dad to watch Chinese dramas that involve love triangles and kung fu.
