friday night was PIG with digital mindy and mindless faith.
digital mindy at one point said "we're going to do a cover song... anybody here know who gary numan is?"
to which i screamed like a maniac. i was the only one. *laughs*
"no, we're not going to cover 'cars'. we're going to cover a song called 'metal'"
to which i screamed even louder.
it filled my mallory heart with glee... ^_^
(p.s, gary numan will be at house of blues with billy idol on august 2nd. yes, i will be going.)
when pig went on, i took a ton of pictures of raymond watts being all sexy as i was right against the stage. the show was amazing.
the singer from 'in winter' came up and sang a couple of songs with raymond. i want her hair...
the guitarist trashed his hand when he tried to jump off a PA and fell. i chatted with him afterwards as he held his hand in a bowl of ice... got a picture of us together as well.
after it was over i grabbed a couple of dropped guitar pics from the stage.
i have a baby-tee with the PIG logo on the front and "home is where the hurt is" on the back. i also got a sticker for my car.

tonight is ministry with revolting cocks at house of blues (and tickets are fucking expensive... $41.)
i will be even more sore, but at least this time i have a day off to rest.
and tuesday i might just be going to see nine inch nails and bauhaus for free, if all goes as planned.
