okay... these apartments fucking rock.
to think we could have a loft here in cleveland for what he's paying for a studio in nashville.
the future of my life with my jonathan is getting better every day. ^_^
i think my favorite is hyacinth lofts... it'd be great to have a loft where jonathan could also have a recording studio.
however, electric isn't included in rent, and as heat is electric, the bill will be FUCKING INSANE in winter. so it may be completely out of our budget. we'll see...

THE HYACINTH LOFTS
We have recently finished the development of fifty-one (51) lofts at The Hyacinth Lofts which is located in the St. Hyacinth District. Much like Tower Press, The Hyacinth Lofts have been developed with an an artistic environment. The difference is that while we have developed Tower Press with visual artists in mind, The Hyacinth Lofts have been developed with Filmmakers, Performing Artists, and Digital Artists in mind.
For example, 20% of the lofts at Hyacinth have Editing Suites/Sound Rooms in the individual lofts. In addition, Hyacinth will have a a two story community loft that will include Editing Suites, Sound Rooms, Conference Area, Full Kitchen and a Projection Screen. The adjacent Black Box Space will have a Green Screen. The two story community loft as well as the Black Box space will be available to Hyacinth Lofts tenants at no charge.
The Hyacinth Lofts has a FREE T-1 line, Exposed Brick Walls, Polished Concrete Floors, Exposed Duct Work, Galvanized Steel Ceiling Fans, and a Fitness Room.
The unique designs, finishes, and amenities at The Hyacinth Lofts are attracting a wide range of residents with careers ranging from chemical engineers, medical students, finance, plus a wide spectrum of artistic careers.

The St. Hyacinth District is two (2) minutes from Tremont, ten (10) minutes from Shaker Square/University Circle and two (2) miles from Downtown Cleveland.
