It's been a very busy month for me. I can't tell you how many highs and lows I've gone through in the space of 30 days.
I've gone through my preliminary exams in school and Transfer Reduction Training at work. If you've noticed, it took me at least seven days to actually update the meme. I've been so busy with so many things that I didn't even notice the days pass me by.
Maybe it's the cold weather but I'm feeling a little lazy today. Suffice to say that my July was packed full with a gimmick with new friends at work, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 2, shopping with my sister and the odd indie movie marathon with some new friends at the Shop Around the Corner.
The Harry Potter movie made me cry in the cinema. I can't believe it's over. I started reading Harry Potter when I was 12. I'm now 22. I can count the events of my childhood through the releases of the books and the premieres of the movies. Now that it's almost time for Harry's birthday, I get nostalgic. I'll always be a Harry Potter fan. Never mind the sparkling vampires.
It's been hectic and crazy. I don't really mind. I love it like that.
I want to say how much I adored getting to know Maine, Yves, Mike and Gilbert over six bottles of Boracay Rum at home. They slept over. We talked, laughed and actually got roaring drunk. We're the TRT team so we're quite close now. I want to say how grateful I was to Pavs and Julie for putting up with me. And my sister, Clang, is the ultimate shopping partner.
I still manage to read a few books and to go online sometimes. It takes an enormous amount of effort to actually update after a long hiatus. Thanks to Harvey for reminding me of what I live for. You're always my best buddy. I got back into business because of you. :)
Shout-outs go to my friend, Kevin, who was busier than I was. But he still made an effort to message. Thanks! :)
