Am I weird in getting overfocussed on what they're eating every time they go to a diner? I just love the idea of being able to go out, sit down at a table and someone brings you the perfect breakfast/lunch/dinner and you haven't had to lift a finger yourself. Stuff dreams are made of. And I'll bet in places like Colorado you can get amazing gluten-free stuff in a diner! (We can only ever eat the chips-boring and unhealthy, especially if you're a veggie).
