So I'm still upset that I only got a Sunday badge and that Christina and Sunny got nothing, but I've been looking at the bright sides. 1) We have another shot in May to get more tickets. 2) There are a ton of offsite events like Nerd HQ and the Walking Dead Escape. 3) This is going to be a vacation with friends and even though there are a lot of nerdy things happening nearby, I am most excited about meeting these people IRL. 4) I get to see my nephew, cousin, aunt and uncle on this trip, as well as my fangirl grandma who lives in San Diego.
So really, I might miss out on some panels, autographs, and the exhibit floor, but in the grand scheme of things I think this trip is shaping up to be great.
