Today was filled with WHOA and WHAT and R U SURE??
First my day started off with a job interview at what I thought was just another retail place, but it turns out they are actually pretty specialized and it's a full time job plus commissions and I did the math and with their average commission I'd be making 4 times my current income. WHOA. I was incredibly shocked that what I thought was just a shoe store pays such bank. And even if I don't make a lot of comissions, the hourly position is still double my current income. Basically I'd be able to start paying off my student loans again and might actually be able to travel.
The second interview was a complete bust though. Apparently the position requires a car, which they didn't mention in the ad. And since it was a group interview I had to awkwardly state "I do not have a car" and then he said "then I can't hire you, have a nice day" and I had to leave after only about 30 seconds of the interview. Complete waste of time.
Between the interviews I got a call from my current job asking me if I'd like to pick up hours tomorrow and Friday and I said "FUCK YES." Despite the fact that an angel came down and gifted me with a cushion so that I could pay rent for a while, I'm still willing and able to work my ass off for extra money. Why not? I'm fucking dirt poor and every dime helps.
The only thing is I need to wake up at 4:30 tomorrow. ;___;
*sets alarm for 4:30am*

Oh well...
I've done it before and this time it's only 2 days in a row instead of 5 days a week for 4 months...
