No, not those funny little push the button and see what comes up thingys. It's the real deal. I looked back in my journal and didn't write one each year. I did find one from 2004 and it's rather interesting that the one for 2007 is pretty much the same sort of thing with a different twist.
January 3, 2004, I stated: "I'm only biting off what I can chew and it will be low fat and alcohol free for 2004."
I have been working out for the better part of a year and a half and lost inches and pounds so it's not new. The reason is new. I want to continue to maintain a healthy state by cutting out alcohol and eat right. If I'm to start a family it will have to be this year or no year. I'm not getting any younger.
So for 2007, "low fat, more exercise and alcohol free for 2007".
