Fractured Rifts
The fractured universe came to be by merging Earths from many alternate dimensions.
This is the result of there being many different copies of various canon characters.
All who find themselves here, find themselves stuck here in a dangerous world.
Nobody knows exactly what caused these Rifts to form, how they began to
partially heal themselves is even a bigger mystery.
The Rifts do not always bring friends to the universe at large, very often
it is frequently the opposite of this. They are known to drop pieces of
dangerous alien technology, creatures of all different shapes, sizes and colors.
Not every Rift in this universe has closed, some of them have remained open
and some open to allow people to cross into different realms.
It's not only the universe that finds itself fractured, many of those
who have remained here for a long time are constantly tested.
People see what many people shouldn't see, experience what should never
be experienced.
