When I am in a particular mood I like listening to aphex twin. The end of May is getting closer and closer and I'm pretty excited about it. I'm still waiting for my acceptance letter and I think I might email them again because the suspense is likely to kill me. I'm excited about going to college and all that.
Anyway the reason I'm excited about the end of May is because I'm getting a super rare Mosin Nagant plus a bunch of ammo for 180 bucks. PLUS I'm going to get a new couch. Well if things are unpacked that is. ;)
Other than that I'm really sick of Sportsman's. Ben is the absolutely the worst Manager I've ever worked for. He makes my tough decision to leave really really easy. He breaks really important business rules ALL THE TIME.
1.Don't take credit for things another manager did.
2.Don't show favoritism to the person who is paying your wife to take care of their kid.
3.When another manager is doing something that goes against your policies don't send out a mass email to all the managers just because you are passive aggressive. Grow a set of nuts and tell them what they are doing is wrong.
4.Don't take time off after setting up an event making all the other managers get everything together AFTER you take credit for it with your boss and THEN bring your family to the event!
5.If you don't agree with another managers management style don't give them a book on the disney magical kingdom management because they will throw it away.
All around he is a brown nosing kiss ass and I'm almost 100% positive that's exactly how he got his job. If they would have known how passive aggressive he is and how much of a sissy he is they wouldn't have given him his own store. If you can't make an important decision without having to go sit in your office for a couple minutes you have frikkin problems man. If you roll over for everyone you have frikkin problems.
I have worked my ass off for the last two years and have received no recognition for it.
