I was actually surprised that no one other than me did crossover X1999 with Code Geass, since both Kamui(main character of X) and Lulu look so alike. It's because CLAMP did the art for CG, I think, so you think more people would try. Oh well, I can always say I was the first. I think you'd like X, though, except that it's really sad. The end of the anime is pretty much how I wrote it here. The anime is basically about the world coming to an end and one final battle would decide if humans could live. The main character, Kamui, had to fight against his possesed best friend and possible love interest. In the end, he decides to sacrifice himself(I was pretty much bawling at this point)so that Fuuma(his first love and mortal enemy) and Subaru(he had a crush on Subaru, but neither of them could forget their first love) could live a happy life, unpossesed. Yeah...it was sad. D': But I bet you'd love it. The art is pretty similar to Geass(though it's way older. It was CLAMP's first real hit)
I know, I was ranting, but I love that anime even though it's a tragedy. I think sometimes that Geass was based on it in ways more than art. Fuuma(Kamui's lover)had a sister named Kotori who looked a little like Nunnally and Kamui/Fuuma were seperated by their beliefs too like Lelouch/Suzaku. And don't even get me started on XxXHOLiC(rabid holic fangirl lol)
oh okay, I know who Kamui is from X, I saw a tiny bit of it. A LOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNGGG time ago. I've watched Tokyo Babylon that's about all I've watched of CLAMP. (well of course there was Cardcaptor Sakura, but I was a little kid, I thought it was just a cartoon)
Yep, X e oldie. lol I saw some of CCS too as a young girl, but it never really caught my interest. I like Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles which has an A/U version of Sakura and Syaoran, and it crosses over with xxxHOLiC, which is an amazing manga/anime, and it's SLASHABLE. In fact, DoumekixWatanuki is my OTP, which is saying something since I've seen so many different anime/manga with so many compatible characters. You should definitely check it out, if you have the time. You can find it on onemanga.com or the anime on VEOH.
