"Well, welcome to my version." George muttered. "Besides, you're not really dead anyway. It's undead. Biiiiig difference."
Dean cursed. "Like a zombie? Or a vampire? I'm gonna have to freaking slay myself or something now?"
"No, you're a reaper."
"... crud."
"You're not going to ask me what a Reaper is?"
"No. I know."
"You do?"
"Yup. Gonna have to slay myself. Joy."
"You can't kill yourself. It won't work. Believe me, others have tried. It's not... that bad. "
Dean raised an eyebrow.
George sighed.
"Okay, maybe. The boredom's a bitch. But there are perks."
Dean grinned.
"Like a date with a cute chick?"
"I--what?"
"Eh, maybe later. So... you were saying something earlier about a diner?"
"Um, yeah."
"Then let's go. After a day like this, I seriously need some pie."
