So I Asked Myself What All This "Hetalia" Biz is About...
You know, it's really ridiculous. I haven't seen one iota of Axis Powers Hetalia manga or anime, but I'm already reading a bit of fanfic (Nice work, geministar01!) and favoriting cartoons of it on Deviant Art like crazy. I guess you just need to know the slightest bit about your own country and the countries around you to be amused by the fanworks. Especially with USA and UK driving each other nuts. And Canada just kind of quietly being there, not getting dragged into the fight.
US: I can haz cheesburger?
UK (holding cheesburger out of reach): Not until you ask using the Queen's English, dammit!'
