Yummy in my tummy :o)
I made the most delicious dessert for Nate's Thanksgiving pot luck at work. It's called *chocolate pecan cheesecake bars* and, while I got it from bakeorbreak.com, it's a Paula Dean recipe. I absolutely adore that woman. This is what they look like (photo is from the website, but mine look the same).
The only problem...
I got my days mixed up and made them for Friday's pot luck on TUESDAY night. So, for 2 days straight, 30 delicious cheesecake bars have been staring at me every time I open the refrigerator...
So far, only 2 have fallen victim to me. :o)
