Finally, we started at 6pm. Everyone stood up around the tables and made an "aisle" for us to come down. It was a little more intimate, because our friends and family were right next to us during the ceremony.

The bridesmaids (who looked AWESOME in their cornflower blue dresses... hehe) walked in to Yellow by Coldplay. I managed to find an instrumental version by the String Quartet. I walked in to the hawaiian version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow.

I loved my dress! It was one of the dresses that I probably wouldn't have tried on if my sister hadn't suggested it to me. I always thought I'd be getting married in a strapless ballgown type of dress. My dad and stepdad both gave me away. The ceremony was beautiful! We stood under the Huppah that Steve and his dad had made for the beach. They had to modify it to fit inside, but it still looked beautiful. Steve's brother, Larry, was our officiant. He did a great job of it and made us a book that has the whole ceremony printed inside for us to keep.

Shelly - my best friend since 4th grade. I always knew she'd be in my wedding. We grew up together!

Ashley - the one who kept me sane in Jax during the deployment. I've only known her 2 years, but it seems like I've always known her.

Kelly - my DG sister and friend since 2002.

Jaime - she'll kick your ass at trivia and is one of the best girls I've ever met.

Steph - former roomie, fellow cardmaking addict, and friend for life!

Jess - my sis and maid of honor. She seriously made me laugh SO hard in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She is my comic relief and one of my best friends.
