Catch-up: Mid 2017
Guess i'll do that thing where mentioned briefly a bunch of different things that've happened 'recently'
Many of which should have their own posts, but i'm unlikely to ever get to...
The birdhouse is back in Minnesota. At UofMinn landscape arboretum. It's there until October. Renovations & set up were a small disaster...and i'm quite literally thousands of dollars over budget... but It's never looked better, and this is by far the highest profile, most legit fine art thing i've ever done under my own name.
The new owners of American steel are continuing to dismantle the community Karen and all of us took 8 years to build, in trying to 'preserve e it' It's hard to tell if they're malicious, or ignorent, or just feckless. I'm still not sure if i'm going to be asked to leave or not. Which is extremely stressful.
Still at the same job. It still sucks.
Still on anti-depressants. It really working out well. Should have tried this sooner.
Took a short road trip to frolic to dance a bit. Had multi-layerd mechanical issues enroute and on return... but i got that one blessed night of dancing in. All worth it.
Monday is Dani's birthday... and the anniversary of her presumed last day on earth. It's heavy, but I'm mostly taking it in stride... but we'll see how i'm doing in 5 days.
