I Don't Do Crickets!!!
Ok, cricket jumping is just wrong. It's creepy and spastic and unpredictable and...and...and just CREEPY!!! Spiders jumping and accompanying chelicerae are ok, snakes slithering and sticking their tongues out are ok, basically everything else in the know world is fine by me, but NOT crickets! So what does Ashley do once she becomes acquainted with my unlikely but highly understandable phobia??? She drops a cricket on the keyboard of the computer I'm reading on!!!!!! Which meant it was approximately 6 inches away from my face!!! Naturally I screamed very loudly jumped out of the chair and continued squealing as I sprinted down the hall and dove into Jasmine's room to hide behind furniture, Jasmine, Afiya, and anything else that could be used as a barrier against the cricket. Ashley followed, cricket in tow, and finally set the cricket free when Jasmine wouldn't let her come in the room. *Shudder* CRICKETS!!!
