.050 Things settling down.
The last "curse" was pretty interesting; Evey came by and kept me company for a little while. She said I was a kangaroo; I've never heard of such an animal before, but after being one for a day, I think I can appreciate that animal quite a bit.
I'm glad to see Rue, Ahiru, Fakir, and Mythos in good spirits. It cheers me to see that they're all together now.
Today is Antony's birthday. He'd be turning twelve now, and he would be in the middle of his first year at boarding school. I never got to see him off; I hope that he settled in all right and gets along with the other boys. I'm sure that they love him....my son is such a good boy.
Even though I am dead and gone, Antony, and you will never read this, I want you to have a very happy birthday, and I will always wish only what is best for you.
