Why can't I win Lotto??
I am just tired, tired, tired of living with Family. I currently flat with my brother and sister. I'm sure I drive them up the wall..but it's really frustrating sometimes. I work funny hours, I do a ten hour shift and work through the night. To make sure that my body clock stays consistent I tend to keep late hours even on my days off. This works for me. What doesn't work is when both my brother and sister know that I sleep during the day. I even wear earplugs to bed. But they still shout at each other, (one is downstairs, and the other is in the lounge) or they watch the tv turned up really loud, to the point that I can still hear them and the tv through my earplugs.
For instance, it's my first night back at work and I usually sleep through the day so I am all fresh for work that night. I didn't go to sleep till 4.30am this morning to get me in the groove of my work sleeping pattern. My brother wakes up this morning and watches a movie loudly that it wakes me up. I eventually fall back to sleep. Then at 12 my sister comes upstairs and talks really loudly to be heard over the tv to talk to my brother. I smother myself with a pillow to try to get back to sleep. Then at 2pm again the tv is turned up really loud because they have the jug, the stove (its a fan oven) and the dishwasher going at the same time, and my brother complains that he can't hear the tv properly (so the volume goes up even more) when I have asked them to be quiet, they look at me like "well your in the bedroom so deal with it!" My bedroom is over the lounge.
I would really like to move out, but just can't afford to right now. *sigh* oh to when lotto and by my own house/1 bedroom apartment, where they can't move in to.
