the same thing happens to me. i need to have snacks on me constantly. if i don't eat something about every two hours i get super dizzy, the world kind of spins and i get super migraines. i keep crasins (the cranberry raisins) with me all the time. try not to snack on carbs too much. it's a sugar high then quick crash. fruits are the best! haha.
