I actually decided a few weeks ago, but this time of year is crazy
For Christmas I am getting myself a therapist. Hopefully one day soon I will no longer have panic attacks at work, cry myself to sleep at 7pm, forget to eat nor pine over a guy who very likely still loves me but is way too crazy for anything remotely relationship related!
Anyway, still on a bit of a non-journal thing until I have more that I want to write than "Life sucks, shoot me in the eye kthnx".
