Thanks to what I'm assuming has more to do with the day job than my real passion (writing), my
wrists have been giving me hell. I've had problems with them before. First when I was working as a massage therapist, then when I began writing again (with an ancient laptop and bad--horrible--posture thanks to our huge L-shaped couch). A month or two I found these little beauties.
They look ridiculous. I know this. But they are like heaven atop a keyboard. And I swear by them. Why I haven't been wearing them recently, I don't know. Stubbornness. Stupidness. (Is that a word?) Whatever. I'm wearing them now.
If you're interested in a little piece of heaven or for more info, here's the website:
http://www.imakproducts.com/product.php?s=20128 Without these little babies, I wouldn't have been able to write much today--and make a huge breakthrough with "SA". I finally see this story as THE story I NEED to be writing. The added material is very close to my heart. It something I can't believe I didn't think about before. It's a topic I've always wanted to address whether it be volunteering or donating, but this seems more perfect for me. It made itself a part of my life in an unforgettable way and I'd like to pass some of the knowledge I've learned along the way from it, hopefully using my experience to help others.
That's all I'm going to say about it now, just know...this. Is. Major.
That said, here's today's current count for "SA":
4962 / 50000 words. 10% done!
Yay! Ten percent. I only hope I can keep this pace up.
Wish me luck!
