Tons of Good News
Alright, so I'm in the middle of writing my face off--does that even make sense?--and I looked up to find I'd hit a landmark!

20301 / 40000 words. 51% done!
That's right, "I-D" (my current WIP) is half done! Can you believe it? Nope. I can't either. Though I wanted it to be a very short (40k) YA novel, I'm guessing it's going to be a little more like 45-50k. The upside? I've still burned through the first 20k.
Holy freaking cow!
And I'm having such a great time pantsing my way through this.

Ink In All Forms is having this crazy amazing contest for 12 YA novels. Normally, I don't like contests to my LJ, but this is really an exceptional contest that shouldn't be missed. Check it out here
