Long time no write
Well I haven't written in a while and I figured I needed a break from work.
The past couple of weeks have been interesting. Not as bad as I had thought, but still different/interesting. I've pretty much lost one of my closest friends, hopefully temporarily once all this "relationship stuff" gets out of the picture. It's hard being with someone on again and off again for almost 2 years and then be completely cut off. So that part of it has been tough because I always loved hanging with him. He makes me laugh all the time and he was always there for me. We just aren't meant to be in a relationship with each other because we have different wants and needs. And we both realize this. So I am hoping that after the dust settles and we are "over" each other we will be able to have our friendship back.
But other than all of that on my mind life has been really great lately. I finally have AWESOME girlfriends, a thing I haven't had in a looooong time. They have really helped me keep my spirits up and they've helped me not sit at home by myself. They have been great and I love you KT, Leslie and Lydia. Yall are my girls!!
Exciting future plans: this weekend my sister Nicole and her dog Tino are coming down to visit from Thursday-Saturday. I'm soooo excited because she is my absolute best friend in the world and I never get alone time with her since she got married over a year ago. We are planning on crashing game night Thursday, doing pedicures, shopping and movies on Friday day, then dancing Friday night. It should be exciting.
Oh and other exciting news: Luke is taking me to the Daytona 500 next weekend! I'm excited/scared, but I'll talk about all that on my next update.
