Hi,
I just wanted to tell you that I felt really strong at track tonight.
I wasn't wearing my HRM, but from what the others said, I think I was
averaging 3:10 for each 600, the 5th being at about 3:00/3:03. I
don't know if it was just mental or not since I've been training for
the past few months and others haven't and were running slower than
me. But either way, it feels good. I think we're getting somewhere.
