i got my run in on the treadmill yesterday.
felt super gut!
ran into holden and m2, too.
got to swim this morning AND i used my conditioner pre-swim! (no, i don't like straw hair)
i really need to learn how to efficiently use my upper body when i swim.
my pulling ability sucks. i think the only think i have going for me is the fact that i kick, or the fact that my kick helps my body position. i'm going to have to ask around for some tips, either that or start getting friendly with the vasa trainer..
need to send out an email about this weekend's ride and decide if i want to swim AP this weekend. well, you know what? since it's raining right now, make that a no.
did i mention i left my wallet and cell phone in my swim bag?
dagnabit! good thing i brought all my food today. let's just see if it lasts me through the day.
