work work work that is all I ever do! So on Friday night I had a double shift because Ruben fucked everything up like usual. Oh well, I made a bunch of money. Then today the general manager decided she didn't want to work and had the opening asst. manager work ALL day. Oh course, Jodi's crazy but nice boyfriend Adam came, made a mess, and decided they were all going to dinner right during rush! So Steve had to manage the store, surprise surprise! I also got to work inside a little bit with dumbass Chris who got me in trouble! And Kevin wasn't working today, sad! I making Steve work during the day and me a night so I can get some stuff done and don't have to work with Matt. He is a nice guy but damn does he annoy me sometimes!
Steves parents bought a boat today! They won't have it by the time we go up in like a day though, which sucks. Next time though, heehee drinking and boating in the ocean, I can't wait! Monday at their house they are having a bbq for fathers day and because we are coming. Then Tuesday is the Lifehouse concert. I can't wait to just leave here even though it will only be for a few days. It is so beautiful out there. Oh and it is also a lot cooler! Steve said the highest recorded temp. was like 72!
Things I need to do while in California:
1) See the mansion! a.k.a Sumans house!
2) Touch the ocean (sad but true I still haven't!)
3) See the Hollywood sign (probably not gonna happen)
4) Meet Lifehouse .... again!
5) Win big money on the lottery
July 21st-24th Jimmy and Sarah are coming into town! I haven't seen Jimmy in over a year so it should be interesting. he is coming up for his 21st birthday, we better get to hang out!
One more year til I graduate! I can't wait! I don't know what I am going to do yet which is something I should start thinking about... Steve has another year or so after me so I want to stay with him but then I also need to pay back my loans. Hmmm... I think he wants to move to ventura county in California when he gets older. We talked a little bit about it ..all he says is that he will be too cold in Illinois. He did say though that he would either want to live in a city or in rural not in a suburb.. go figure. I want to live in a suburb.
I had my first Rho Gamma meeting a couple days ago.. it was pretty interesting. I am the only one in my sorority that is a Rho Gamma so I knew really no one! The girl that I wanted in my Rho Gamma group is in it though and the other one I still haven't met. Our overnight retreat is going to be in August which will be interesting. Overall I think it will be a good experience. I sure do miss my sorority though...
I am sad because I missed Ray's party ... maybe if he would have called my cell phone and not my sisters then I would have known in time! Awww he graduated yay for him! lol I can still remember the first time I met him outside when the fire alarms went off in Tonopah north...
I miss my 'angry like a bull' girls... you know who you are! I am counting the days down...
