Buffyverse Fanfiction - A little help, please?

Is there a list somewhere of all the fanfiction awards sites/communities that are currently active? And what about the defunct awards sites?

I was just wanting to compile a resources list. Because lists are pretty.

And also, would anyone be willing to make some banners for Words On the Wind fanfiction awards? They had a Buffyverse banner up,

You might want to check out the ones listed here. They've all been active at some point during the last two years.
