Mad Men S3 Finale

I was cheering "Joan Joan Joan" as the men were gathered in the office and fumbling around. God, there were so many awesome moments in this episode. It was simply brilliant. Don's scene with Peggy and his line "I'll spend the rest of my life trying to hire you" made me tear up.
I loved the caper feel to the episode and the secretive gathering of the troops. Pretty much every scene had me on the edge of my seat, cheering on Don, loving Roger, delighting in Peggy and Pete rejoining Don's cause, Bert Cooper threatening to lock up Harry in the closet, Joan returning (!!!) and making sense of all the chaos. The scene where Betty and Don break the news of the divorce to Sally and Bobby (without actually using the D word) was heartbreaking - Sally running away, Bobby clinging to his dad and begging him to stay. GUH.
How long is it till Season 4?
