So very beautiful! That Buffy, she always comes through in a big way. And Spike's reaction even before reading it, somehow knowing it was from Buffy, was thrilling. What he was willing to do to actually read it, and his reaction to it, was priceless.

Loved the Spike Connor interaction, too.

Poor Connor! I can scarcely believe he's having his first hangover, while hanging in a torture chamber. You are cruel, woman! But funny.

Putting the Immortal in a red silk shirt was brilliant. Is it shiny? *shudder* Connor is so right about him.

26 times! I hope he believes her now, too. I suspect Willow's unintended torture was still better than what they'd get at the hands of the minion. I can't wait for the cavalry to arrive. I'm going to enjoy the show with the Immmortal's spine.

Hee! Well, it's practically a right of passage for the men in his family. Make love to a woman - check. Get drunk for the first time - check. Be evil for a period of time then good - check. Get tortured by the Immortal - check. Just imagine what Angel's going to do when he finds out what his son has been up to? ;)

Definitely. Funnily enough, all the suffering here is kinda self-inflicted. Connor drinking himself stupid. Spike hurting himself, though granted he's driven mad with the compulsion from Willow's spell.
