I like the fic. I like that there are a hints about Spuffy !!! But sorry, I think Buffy looks a little shallow here. She talking just like Buffy in S 1- S 3 . But after S 4 she become more serious and mature young women. I`m a little sad that in comic style Buffy acting like a little schoolgirl sometimes, like in early seasones. I`m sorry if this post is repeat. I try to post my answer, but I forgot to log in my account, so I didn`t know if it was posted.

It's lighthearted, specifically meant to capture the flirtatiousness of her characterization in the preview page.

So the preview and the fic are meant to match in tone.

As for Buffy's character, she is lighthearted when she has been oft serious and even lost to doldrums of late. However, she's also been relieved of a great burden, she's working a job, she's making new friends (something she hasn't done since season 4, note! take note!) and she's happy about her life prospects in a way she hasn't been since the early stages of Season 5 ( ... )

I see your point. I just don`t used to see her in this " happy light ". I used to see her always serouos and miserable. As much as I try to rememeber, I don`t see her happy after episode " Into the woods ". Sigh.

I know! But isn't that a hopeful sign? She's been miserable since mid-Season 5 and that's always depressed me because it made it seem like she would never be happy again.

So I'm glad to see her feeling lighthearted -- I think it means she's healing.

Yes, I hope so. Altough I still don`t belive that Joss will leave Buffy to be happy for a long time, IMO. I`m pretty sure she`ll become miserable in S 9 again, unfortunately.
Anyway ! I like your fic. I just lurk for a good fics and I find it by chance in Buffyworld. I haven`t been there / in Buffyworld / for ages ... and I don`t have idea that there are a fics, too.
