Tired, tired, tired...
Where to begin? Well, my gram left this week for my uncle's house. Maybe I already wrote that, but oh well. My mother had an emotional thing after she left because she is so worried about her. Drama, drama, drama.
Kristy, Paige and I got to go to Kingdom Bound. We left around 10:30pm on Tuesday and got there at about 2:00am. Kristy and Paige had to work, therefore we left after that. We ended up "sleeping" in the church van. My youth leader and his wife were nice enough to let us. Haha. The van was a lot harder to sleep in than I had imagined. Maybe it was because I was so excited. Either way, it took all of us forever to fall asleep. For some reason we woke up at 6am. Haha, yes, we are out of our minds.
We finally got to Six Flags at 10am, when it opened. The day was filled with Kirk Cameron, Pam Stenzel, Jeremy Camp, Audio Adrenaline, and Newsboys. We had a blast. Let me just say how much I love Jeremy Camp and that I just found out that he is engaged to Adrienne, the lead singer from The Bejamin Gate! Who knew! She even came out and sang with him. How cute.
We left for home right after the Newboys concert. On the road again at 11pm, with nothing but two hours of sleep, a bag of Doritoes, and a blanket of fog on the road. There is nothing like driving through fog in the middle of the night while all you can think about is how nice it would be to be laying down in your bed.
Due to the inspiration of Legally Blonde, my mother and I are going to get our nails done tomorrow. This is totally abormal and out of the ordinary for us, so we will see how it goes. I am lucky if I can make it the three minute car ride to church with my mother without fighting with her. So we will see how the salon thing goes.
Speaking of my mother...my dad is ridiculously mad at her because she and my brother decided to bring home a kitten. This was completely out of the blue, and they already have a cat, that which my father hates. Haha. Whatever, I am only here to be amused. Haha.
