So i got tagged by Bri first then Brittany . . .

Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs

1) Listenin' to music and singing along REALLY loud lol

2) Working out .. running like crazy usually helps

3) Watchin' a good movie like The Notebook, or Sweet Home Alabama, or A Walk to Remember, sappy movies lol

4) Callin' up someone who I know will cheer me up like Brent :0)

5) Taking a nice hot shower!
