wow...home from new mexico and montreat....everything was, well, "interesting"
hahah well philmont/new mexico, SUCKED...2 weeks of getting dragged around new mexico with everyone staring at me because i have blonde hair. yea...but i met my new best friend whitney, who is AWESOME!!! lol, and i met kaylee, and we had a bunch of fun playin around with the cute wrangler! hahaha...but it was really fun!!!
montreat...idk wat to say...it was amazing. the theme this week was "called by name". it was about how God knows you personally, and he has called each one of us by our names to do whatever he wants us to. it was really good for me to hear this week. and small groups were so much fun, although backhome groups were a little tought to deal with, but we wont get into that
there were a lot of powerful things this week. mostly the music, and especailly the song "here i am to worship". that song basically says everything you could ever want feel towards for God.
but that's my update for awhile, except for the fact that my parents are being idiots and not letting me go to the beach with nick, although they wont tell me why. i seriously dont get it, but oh well. if you have any ideas to convince them, PLEASE post
