Friends of yesteryear...
I've been looking through a few of my picture folders. They contained pictures of my friends that I've known since secondary school.
Perusing through their blogs, and blogs of people I know from primary school, it amazes me that they don't seem to have changed much (in terms of appearance), especially the guys. Some of the girls haven't changed much as well. However, I have heard people from different stages in my life telling me how much my appearance has changed - guys from my JC didn't recognise me when they saw me in uni after their NS stint. Primary & secondary school friends commented how much my appearance has changed when I was in JC. People I've known through uni commented that I look quite different now from how I looked in uni (less of a difference, but still significant).
How is it that some people just don't change, while others seriously look like a different person at different stages in life?
