Bored at Work
This seems to be a common theme amongst my friends. Bored at Work - Awesome. I'd rather be bored at work and get paid $12/hr for doing it than being bored and not getting paid to do so. I have mastered the art of faxing, copying, mailing, taking short-hand notes dictated from my boss, and answering phones. My bosses are really nice guys, funny too. It is a great environment and I shouldn't be complaining. I know that in the future if I need a recommendation they will be more than happy to write me one. So that's awesome.
4th of July weekend approaching. I'm a dork and am excited to go to Anne's. I haven't seen that part of my family in what feels like ages. And there's a party too, still, maybe? Fun times to look forward to this weekend.
I'm reading this meh Chick lit book called "The Big Love". The girl is so messed up, she uses psychology for everything that happens in her life. She relates every tiny thing to an event in her childhood in a Freudian kind of way. It's so annoying. However it does remind me of D Maika's Psychology class in 12th grade where we all excused our lack of work on our personality types. Psychology can mess you up big time.
Well I have nothing to say really. I am half way through Alias Season 1, being that I got it only 7 days ago. That's 180 hours of bliss. I need a life!
