Keiichi would die a little if he actually tried thinking up a REAL FANTASY but if he were to it would be based on the assumption that he and Teito and Mikage had achieved HAPPY THREESOME!! and Keiichi would be on a date with Teito and it would be very sappy romantic and vanilla from there. In the case of Mikage being included it would be almost exactly how it would actually go, with Mikage topping Keiichi into the idea and the two of them topping Teito in turn. Teito tsuns less in Keiichi's mind, though, or at least only tsuns in the cute ways that don't make Keiichi think he's actually hurt Teito's feelings.

Capella fantasizes about being as strong as Teito-niichan and sparring with him :D!! ...and also about Teito (+Burupya) and Frau coming to live with him and his mother and the two of them respectively being his big brother and dad and scaring away the people that always made his mom cry and basically living as a happy family forever and ever. :'(

Dimitri ISN'T PICKY, YEAH, but his favorite fantasy is actually embarrassingly sweet and vanilla and loving and ~*~*first time together uwaaaah*~*~ THOUGH HE COULD ALSO GO FOR ANYA WALLING HIM AS SOON AS THEY MAKE THEIR WAY THROUGH THE BARRIER. He sometimes imagines topping suavely with Anya being ~impressed by his skills~, and also sometimes imagines Anya topping him forever.

If Sweden were to fantasize about Greece it would be with them at home and Sweden visiting Greece in... Greece, and he would be comfortable and kind of dazed because Greece sowarm *_* And I guess Greece would notice and top him from there?! See it feels nice outside when it's warm ;D or SOMETHING, I DON'T KNOW.
