(no subject)
So, I went to Alabama this weekend to visit my aunt and cousins. It was fine, other than the fact that my aunt is living in a crappy little trailer until they finish building their house. By crappy I mean one bathroom, one bedroom and an oversized closet which is called a spare bedroom. The first night I slept on a blow up mattress in the closet and wound up sleeping on the hard floor. I kept rolling off the air mattress so I finally gave up and just layed on the floor until Uncle Jerry came and woke me up for pancakes. We (meaning me, my Aunt Mary, Uncle Jerry, and cousin Katie) then loaded up the horses in 35 degree weather and drove to this state park with a bunch of horse trails. We went on an 11-mile trail ride. We had to cross a creek, but in order to do so, we had to ride our horses down these scary, enormous steps. It was fun crossing though because the water was fast from the rain. There was a beautiful waterfall we had to ride over and I hope to take my horses back there soon to ride.
Still haven't made it back to Oxford. I've got to finish laundry, pack my shit, and watch Dean for a few hours before I can head out. See everyone later!
