Um...well, what I can pay and what I'm willing to pay are two different things. Also, I think the price of everything depends on what they are made of and how hard it was to make and how expensive the materials are. I wouldn't undersell yourself.

The postcards: Are they each handmade...or was there original and then copies made? If each one is handmade, I don't know $50 or $70. If they're copies from an original, maybe $25. Maybe that's too high or too low. I'm just making a guess here.

Head gear: Depends on what it is. A hat would probably be anywhere from $50 to $200. A head band: somewhere between $10 and $50.

Pants should probably be no cheaper than Melodias: $70 to $150.

Custom dance wear: A lot. A bra alone would probably sell for a fair bit (maybe $50 to $150), and a full outfit would probably be worth several hundred dollars.

I consider art to be well worth the higher cost. Unfortunately I can't afford to buy much art. If I was rich, I would totally sponsor artists and give them all kinds of money to do whatever they wanted. *sigh* My personal price range is basically from $1 to maybe $150 (or $250 if I save up for long enough).

So...that was long and rambley, and I don't know if it made any sense. Maybe you can start selling stuff at dance events (the hafla you've mentioned before?).
