so I went to the doctor's today because I wanted to get my hands checked out because they've been cramping up and bothering me a lot the past few months, andddddddd
i'm in the beginning stages of carpal tunnel syndrome. hurray!
he told me i need to start wearing wrist braces to sleep on both of my hands. how exciting.
