Not unless we have a tactical nuke and a willingness to accept devastating changes to the tides. I'm not even sure how this COULD be happening.

How it's happening might not be something we have the luxury of pondering right now.

There are many people here with a wide variety of powers. Are we sure that none of them could change the course of the moon?

Kind of out of my general range of knowledge, I'm afraid. It would have to be a pretty dramatically strong power to derail something as large as that, though.

To be perfectly frank, I couldn't even begin to explain this unless I knew WHAT could cause a moon to spontaneously forget the laws of physics and start plummeting out of its own orbit.
