The money from all that random junk they'd picked up in the Item World had turned out to be more than sufficient to pay for the damages to the kitchenette, to his great satisfaction. And now a memory's returned, and somehow he feels like he needs something to accompany it. Something... familiar.
He finishes his work and holds it out in front of him. A little crude, but it'll do for the time being. Just a little bit of elastic banding and...*
