Me, Tiger, that ghost kid, the guy with the butterfly mask, there's some glowy guy I see out at nights sometimes who I haven't really gotten a good look at yet, and if Keith doesn't turn out to be some kind of superhero, I will go out and buy a hat just to eat it. And that's not counting anybody with powers but no cultural tradition of capes and tights who might be interested. More than enough for just one little city.
