i put up a new song ("Bruiser") a little while ago on the Young Squire Riley space that i think turned out really well.
go listen to it if you haven't already. and if you have already heard it, then listen to it again.
it includes my first recorded attempts at turntablist maneuvers (meaning DJ scratching).
and i'm really satisfied with the seeming interplay between vocal samples taken from disparate sources.
the whole song just sounds pretty good.
i'm getting better at that sort of thing...especially considering how basic my set-up is.
