100% of the proceeds from the sales of knitted items made by the members of Schools For Schools's KSU chapter will go directly to their sponsor school, Awere Secondary School in northen Uganda-- where the student body is largely made up of internally displaced persons (some of whom were some of the so-called 'invisible children') affected by the insurgency of the Lord's Resistance Army.
Prices are generally somewhere from $15 to $20; if you have any questions and/or special orders you can e-mail my sister at faithriley@aol.com. Also, this month Invisible Children is doubling the money raised, so if you are interested then please RSVP ASAP.
