I am doing horribly at this TED challenge so far. I did meditate for about 10 minutes yesterday, and though I didn't write down any gratitudes, I did think of them. I guess this isn't about being perfect; it is about changing your mental approach to life, so any progress is good progress. Therefore, today's gratitudes:

-My therapist
-Yesterday's rain
-Getting to perform Bach's St. Matthew's Passion
