Dessert of the week: week #2

My dessert baking continues: This week it is blueberry frangipane flan. Shortbread crust is combined with almond flan which surrounds blueberries:




We will try it today and I will write if it tastes well. The recipe is from Catherine Atkinson "The Best Ever Pastry Cookbook".
