On pain

My back hurts. I have no idea what I've done to piss it off this time but I wish it would just go away and leave me alone. I'm fine when I'm standing and lying down but sitting is guaranteed to produce agony. It came on yesterday and if it's not gone by Sunday I really will be rather annoyed.

That's about all that has happened to me recently.
